What this site publishes

Company notices on this site are drawn from public issuer filings and from the open National Court Register interface. We store the identifiers those sources actually return (including KRS and NIP when stated). We do not collect personal identification numbers from other places, and we do not add PESEL fields unless the open court-register interface itself returns them.

What we collect from you

If you buy the API, Lemon Squeezy processes your payment details. We receive a webhook and store a hashed API key, a short key prefix, and the email address supplied with that payment event. We do not store the card number.

The public website logs ordinary server requests (time, address, path) so the service can run and so we can apply a rate limit. We do not run advertising pixels and we do not operate Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube accounts for this product.

How long

Published filings stay available as a public record. API-key hashes stay until the subscription ends and the key is revoked. You may write to the seller at the address above about a key or a payment record.
